1. Fill out the Registration Form: When registration is open, complete our registration form, which can be found here.
2. Wait for Confirmation: Once you've submitted the registration form, we'll review applications and allocate spaces. We'll reach out to you when registration starts or when we have space available.
3. Contact Us with Questions: If you have any questions or need assistance during the registration process, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 We use Brightwheel, a communication platform that enables you to stay connected with your child's teacher throughout the day. With Brightwheel, you can message teachers, receive real-time updates, and view photos of your child's activities and milestones. We believe in open communication, so feel free to reach out with questions or concerns anytime. Your partnership with us is vital, and we're excited to work together to provide the best care and education for your child. 

Your child's safety and convenience are paramount to us. Children attending MiVillage who come from Holliston Public School will be transported on Holliston Public School buses. Our attentive teachers will be present outside the bus to ensure a smooth transition.

Rest assured, once your child arrives at MiVillage, you will receive a prompt notification. This notification is part of our commitment to keeping you informed about your child's daily routine and ensuring peace of mind. 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to make changes to your child's schedule. At MiVillage, we ask for a 30-day notice for any schedule changes to ensure that we can accommodate your needs effectively.

If you find yourself needing to adjust your child's schedule, please reach out to our administrative team. We'll work closely with you to accommodate your new schedule while keeping your child's comfort and routine a top priority. 

 Yes, all our staff members are highly qualified, certified in early childhood education, and undergo background checks to ensure the safety and well-being of your child. 

We have strict safety protocols in place, including secure entry and exit procedures, surveillance systems, and a well-trained staff. We also follow health and hygiene guidelines.
