Morning Drop Off
7:00am - 9:00am
From the moment you step into MiVillage, you and your child are greeted by smiling faces in a cozy setting. It's here in this reassuring environment that children are encouraged to settle in with free play, choosing activities that spark their interest and joy. This crucial time not only helps children transition smoothly into the day but also allows our teachers to observe and understand each child’s unique preferences and developmental stages.
Free Play
9:00am - 9:45am
Imagine a place where your child can be a pirate one minute and a scientist the next. During Free Play, kids have the liberty to select activities that capture their imagination. This period is essential as it fosters creativity, boosts social skills, and builds confidence. Our dedicated teachers are always nearby, ensuring a safe and supportive space for all.
Circle Time
9:45am - 10:00am
Circle Time is a cherished ritual at MiVillage. Children gather to discuss the day’s date, the weather, and engage in lively songs and stories. This time reinforces a sense of community and helps develop important conversational skills. It’s a joy to hear the children’s voices fill the room as they eagerly participate in learning together!
Snack Time
10:00am - 10:20am
As bellies begin to rumble, Snack Time offers a nutritious break where children enjoy wholesome snacks provided by us. Conversations blossom as little ones chat about their morning adventures, practicing social niceties and deepening friendships.
Activity Time
10:20am - 10:45am
Activity Time is where hands and minds come together. Children engage in group activities that are both fun and educational. These activities are crafted around our curriculum themes, such as exploring shapes or the magic of numbers, enhancing both fine motor skills and cognitive abilities.
Outside Time
11:00am - 11:45am
Our outdoor play is a blast! Children love exploring our safe play areas or taking part in guided activities that connect them with nature and help them grow physically strong. On rainy days, our spacious gym serves as the perfect backdrop for energetic play.
Lunch
12:00pm - 12:30pm
Lunchtime at MiVillage is more than just eating; it’s about sharing stories and laughter. As children enjoy meals brought from home, they learn the art of conversation and the joy of community dining.
Quiet Time
12:30pm - 2:00pm
After a bustling morning, Quiet Time is a welcome respite. Children can nap or engage in gentle activities. This period helps them to recharge and rejuvenate for the exciting afternoon ahead.
Free and Guided Play
2:00pm - 3:00pm
The afternoon buzzes with energy as children dive back into both free and guided play. Whether they’re molding play dough, exploring science concepts, or enjoying a book, this time is crucial for child-led exploration.
Afternoon Pick Up
2:45pm - 3:00pm
As some families start to pick up their children, others transition to the Rainbow Room for extended fun. This seamless shift ensures that every child continues to feel engaged and cared for no matter their schedule.
Gym Time and Afternoon Snack
3:00pm - 4:00pm
More play and a nutritious snack keep the energy positive and the smiles big. This block allows children to develop vital physical skills while ensuring they are energized and happy.
Free and Guided Play
4:00pm - 6:00pm
As the day nears its end, the spirit of discovery continues. Children delve into activities that pique their curiosity, building lifelong skills and interests under the gentle guidance of our teachers.
